Paco Revolution LLC ("Paco Revolution," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Paco Revolution mobile application and the website at pacorevolution.com (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the Service. Paco Revolution is a members-only social, dating, and events community intended only for adults 18 years of age and older.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account information: first and last name, nickname, email address, phone number, and password.
• Profile information: date of birth and age, gender, pronouns, sexual orientation and who you are interested in, relationship type (for example solo, couple, or tribe), city and country, career, bio, interests and hobbies, and your membership tier.
• Photos and media: profile photos and any images you upload.
• Content and communications: messages you send in chat, event RSVPs, likes, matches, and any information you submit through forms or support requests.

Information collected automatically

• Location information: with your permission, approximate and precise device location, used to show distance to other members and nearby events.
• Device and usage data: device type, operating system, device identifiers, push notification tokens, app version, and how you interact with the Service.

Payment information

Subscriptions and any in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription manager (RevenueCat). We do not collect or store your full payment card details. We may receive confirmation of a purchase and your subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account and profile.
• Operate core features: discovery, matching, messaging, events and RSVPs, and tribes or groups.
• Use location to power distance-based matching and nearby events.
• Personalize your experience and recommend members and events.
• Process subscriptions and confirm membership tier and access.
• Communicate with you, including push notifications, service updates, and support.
• Maintain safety, security, and integrity, including moderation and preventing fraud or abuse.
• Analyze usage to maintain and improve the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. How We Share Your Information

With other members

Paco Revolution is a social and dating community, so by design parts of your profile are visible to other members. This may include your photos, nickname or name as you choose to display it, age, bio, interests, general location or distance, and other profile details you provide. Messages and content you share with a member are visible to that member.

With service providers

We share information with vendors who process data on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the data, including:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS S3): hosting and storage of photos and media.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: push notifications.
• RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play: subscription and purchase processing.
• Google Maps Platform: maps and location features.
• Analytics and infrastructure providers: to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

For legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government request, or where we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Paco Revolution, our members, or the public.

Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Location Information

The app requests permission to access your device location to provide distance-based features and nearby events. You can grant or deny location access, and you can change this at any time in your device settings. If you deny location access, some features may be limited.

5. Your Choices and Rights

• Access and update: you can view and edit most profile information in the app under Edit Profile and Account Settings.
• Delete your account: you can delete your account from within the app in Account Settings. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we must retain it to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
• Notifications: you can control push notifications in the app and in your device settings.
• Permissions: you can manage location, photos, and notification permissions in your device settings.
• Privacy requests: depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children and Minors

The Service is intended only for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us.

9. International Users

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
