These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Paco Revolution LLC ("Paco Revolution," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Paco Revolution mobile application and the website at pacorevolution.com (together, the "Service"). Paco Revolution is a members-only social, dating, and events community for adults 18 years of age and older.
By creating an account, requesting an invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you can form a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law. Membership is by application or invitation and may be granted or declined at our discretion.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Certain features require a paid membership tier. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our payment processors, and are subject to their terms. Unless stated otherwise:
The Service may let you discover, RSVP to, or purchase tickets to events. Events are subject to their own capacity, age, conduct, and entry requirements. Ticket sales and refunds for real-world events are handled through our checkout or ticketing partners and are subject to the policies presented at the time of purchase. Attendance is at your own risk and you agree to follow venue and event rules.
You agree to treat other members with respect and to use the Service lawfully. You will not:
You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as photos, bio, and messages. By submitting content, you grant Paco Revolution a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to share it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Paco Revolution does not conduct criminal background checks on members and is not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or offline. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Use good judgment, meet in safe public settings when appropriate, and report concerns to us. Nothing in these Terms requires us to monitor disputes between members.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content we provide, is owned by Paco Revolution or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for any other reason permitted by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that you will find a match, connection, or compatible member.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paco Revolution and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold Paco Revolution harmless from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of another.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and provide notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
